I am not a yoga practitioner but I found out that this video is very interesting and helpful. This breathing exercises is called Pranayama or the art of proper breathing. Breathing means life and this is one of our most vital function. Proper breathing brings oxygen to the blood and to the brain. Most of the time we overlook the importance of proper breathing. Pranayama has been practiced in India for thousand of years now. It also refers to a series of breathing exercises from simple to complex. The advanced Pranayama technique can be dangerous to people especially with certain health condition. You need close supervision of a guru or an experienced yogi before practicing it.
