TEAM WORK

There are so much beauty when a group of people works together as one. I use this video as an illustration to dissect different words or descriptions when used or applied by an individual team member, the end result is called teamwork.

 Coordination
At the start of the show, it is amazing to see the performance of  each  individual who  formed a one man formation. In this kind of act, timing is very important. Each member knew it. They executed well what is required of them. Proper coordination is an essential part of teamwork. And without coordination not much work will be done.

Supportive
As you watched this presentation, it seems that  the performers are effortless. But behind the scene, you knew how hard it was. Each member of the team needs to be supportive with one another especially during practice time. They need to specifically follows the instruction of the leader or choreographer.

Sacrifice
Teamwork requires individual sacrifices. Practice makes perfect and practice takes a lot of sacrifices. Some of them needs to cancel their personal schedules and appointments. Even family time or religious functionality is being sidelined in the name of a great theatrical performance.

Discipline
Discipline means teamwork and teamwork means discipline. I would say that discipline is the heart and soul of teamwork.

In summary, TEAMWORK is an individual work collaboration observing,  proper coordination, requiring individual sacrifices, very supportive to one another, well disciplined and focused to achieve their goals.
