I am not a yoga practitioner but I found out that this video is very interesting and helpful. This breathing exercises is called Pranayama or the art of proper breathing. Breathing means life and this is one of our most vital function. Proper breathing brings oxygen to the blood and to the brain. Most of the time we overlook the importance of proper breathing. Pranayama has been practiced in India for thousand of years now. It also refers to a series of breathing exercises from simple to complex. The advanced Pranayama technique can be  dangerous to people especially with certain health condition. You need close supervision of a guru or an experienced yogi before practicing it.

Finding a new place to start all over again is a bit difficult. But that is life. Leaving behind your family and friends is uneasy thing to do. But then again, that is life. We are not only the ones who feels like this even animals feel the same way. I have two dogs born and raised in our old place. These dogs sleep with my kids and treated them as if they are humans and part of the family. When the most critical situation strike our family and we both decided to part ways and give up our old place we are not only the ones displaced but even our dogs too. This is one of the most crucial decision I ever made. I run out of other options and just wish upon the stars that something good comes out. My family move on already but I know we feel the same way.
