IT HAS BEEN SAID THAT PROSTITUTION IS ONE OF THE OLDEST PROFESSION AND THE BIBLE ATTESTED THAT INDEED IT IS ONE OF THE OLDEST PROFESSION. BUT WHAT MAKES A WOMAN DECIDED TO ENTER INTO SUCH IGNOBLE PROFESSION?

YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE. MAJORITY WILL AGREE THAT THE MAIN REASON WHY WOMEN ENTER INTO THIS PROFESSION IS BECAUSE OF POVERTY.

OTHER GARGANTUAN REASONS SUCH AS BROKEN HEARTED, FAMILY PROBLEMS, MARITAL SEPARATION AND VICTIM OF RAPES ARE ONLY SECONDARY TO THE REASON STATED ABOVE.

IS THERE ANY PRIDE TO THIS KIND OF PROFESSION? ABSOLUTELY NONE AT ALL, HOWEVER, WOMEN IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS MUST BE TREATED WITH UTMOST RESPECT DESPITE OF THE INDECENCY OF THEIR PROFESSION.

IN MY FEW TRIPS TO CLUBS AND ESTABLISHMENT OFFERING THESE SERVICES I OBSERVED A LOT OF THINGS.

1. WOMEN IN THIS BUSINESS HAVE DIFFERENT WAYS TO EARN:

a) Some of them entertain guest and in return the guest gave them tips. As the guest drink, those who like them offer ladies drink and they have commission per bottle of it.

b) Others categorize themselves as dancers. From this they got their budget or allowances per dance performance.

c) And still some, trade their bodies as precious commodities. But as much as possible this will be their last resort.

2. WOMEN IN THIS NATURE OF BUSINESS NEVER LOST THEIR SELF RESPECT. I saw a lot of them leave their guests when treated with dis-respect and they complained to the management. Some complaint lodged against guest was resolved in the police precinct.

3. ALL OF THEM DREAMED OF A QUIET, PEACEFUL FAMILY OF THEIR OWN. They crossed their fingers that someone out of the blue will be their savior.

4. THOUGH THE SOCIETY CONDENMED THEM AND TREATED THEM AS DIRT BUT ON THE POSITIVE SIDE THEY SERVED AS NEUTRALIZERS. Men basically went to places like this and searches for women like them not because of personal pleasure and gratification but some of them look for something they cannot find in their respective spouses.

THIS PROBLEM IS ALWAYS BEEN PART OF OUR SOCIETY. YES! IT CAN BE CONTROLLED BUT IT CANNOT BE TOTALLY ERADICATED. IT WILL REMAIN THE OLDEST PROFESSION AT ALL TIMES.

THIS GIGANTIC STATUE OF THE DIVINE MERCY MEASURED 50 FEET HIGH PERHAPS THE MOST REMARKABLE MONUMENT IN MINDANAO. IT IS SITUATED IN EL SALVADOR CITY, AND IT WAS NAMED AFTER THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD, JESUS CHRIST. THE STAIRWAY IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THAT OF MRT. THOSE WHO HAVE HEALTH CONDITION ARE ADVISED TO STAY ON THE GROUND. TOURISTS AND OTHER VISITORS ARE ADVISED TO OBSERVED PROPER DECORUM SINCE THE ENTIRE PLACE IS SACRED. THOUGH I AM A REFORMED CATHOLIC, VISITING THE PLACE IS A RARE EXPERIENCE AND I WAS AMAZED TO SEE HOW PEOPLE STRIVE TO CREATE ENORMOUS STATUE LIKE THIS. PILGRIMS FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF ARCHIPELAGO FLOCKED TOGETHER TO SEE THIS WONDERFUL PLACE. I AM A STRONG BELIEVER THAT PEOPLE'S FAITH CREATED THIS PLACE. THEIR FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST WORKS WONDER FOR THEM RECEIVING POSITIVE ANSWERS TO WHAT THEY WISH FOR.

The Blooded Shoes Cries Again (updated)

Last December 5, 2011, I wrote an article on Gensan Bombing that killed 14 innocent people and injuring around 64 people. The blooded shoes of the innocent victims cried for justice. Just recently, America mourns for the victims of Mass Shooting incident in Las Vegas that killed 58 people and injuring around 489 people. The incident is the deadliest mass shooting committed by an individual in the United States. According to the Section of Washington Post : The Math of Mass Shooting, the death toll change, the places change and the faces in the memorial photos change every time, but the weapons are the common denominator. Mass Killings in the United States are most often carried out with guns, usually handguns, and most of them obtained legally. Although the Mass Shooting in Las Vegas was perpetrated by one man for unknown reason and was not linked with terrorists, but still the blooded shoes escalated in the crime scene cried for justice.
